DAY to DAY GYM is OPENCome on in, y'all! I've already put in my full workout for the day, so everyone has to catch up with me! I stretched and did 5 minutes on the arm machine, then walked 30 minutes at 1.9mph (it was very hard today!). From there, I did 3 sets of 5 squats with the 3 kilo medicine ball and used the leg press - 6 each at 130, 135 and 140 lbs. Then 5 more minutes on the arm machine and more stretching. 90 minutes start to finish, which pretty much shoots the morning! Your turn!

Mary, that bear is funny. I havent done much this week at all. I did get some extra "toddler on my foot" bounces in. I have to go to the store to get what I forgot for tomorrow, so that is some walking.

I woke up during the night with congestion. Was quite SOB this morning, but went to rehab. I figured once I got going, I'd clear up. Well, I almost didn't get into the building from the parking lot! Took me about 10 minutes to recouperate with the O2 cranked up to 4lpm. I did the warm-ups very slowly and walked the TM - only for 20 minutes at 1.3. There was no way I could even try to do weights. I feel fine, just extremely SOB when I move. Maybe the weather, but I don't know.
To be on the safe side, I started a taper dose of Pred and sent hubby to the store for some Mucinex Maximum Strength. We'll see what happens.

Hope you are okay Merry. Sure don't need to be sick now. Maybe it was the weather. Sometimes, too, there is no real explanation, but just one of those days.
