BOO! Happy Halloween and let the candy flow. It has been some time since I have stopped by but I hope all are doing okay. It is sad to have so much free time but can never get anything done. I will try to be better at checking in. This has been such a vital part of my COPD journey and I want to thank Cheryl for holding this group together. We all have issues and I believe this page is a great source of information. Many have helped me with comment about their own journey and how they handle so many unseen obstacles to our health. Be blessed and try to stay positive.

Nice to see you Ken -- I don't visit here very often either. Sadly, our street is pretty dull on Halloween. I guess most of the kids have grown up. I hope you are well Ken.

Hi Cheryl, I hope you and Dave are well. My Asthma seems to be worse than the COPD right now but that is always subject to change. I have had 9 different cancer surgeries; head, face, arms, and back. They have been Basil Cell and Squamus, so caught early they can be dealt with. I have Prostate cancer but it is really low right now. Again, early detection is so important just like early DX for COPD and any other disease. I do wear hair on my face now to cover some of the scars. I am getting nerve blocks in my back and hips now and when they pin point each nerve branch, they burn off the nerve. My bride tells me, "getting old isn't a problem, it is the symptoms that really such."
Sending love and prayers for all, Ken
