Good Afternoon
I have an appointment on Wed with my Respirologist. It's the first time I have seen him since the pandamic hit. I'll be getting the regular breathing test. I feel like I've lost ground and am not able to do as much as I used to. I wish I had never started smoking. I guess a lot of us feel that way. lol
Sue - My cat all of a sudden, off and on, has decided to not use the litter box. Sometimes he does, but it's so frustrating because we don't know what the problem is. I had him to the Vet which cost me $300.00 to tell me he's fine. From what I've read, cats are very different from dogs to train. If anyone out there that is a cat owner has any advice, please let me know. Dave is not nearly as patient as I am.
There was a time when Dave was diagnosed as being Diabetic and was taking Metformin. He managed to get his numbers down and didn't need the medication anymore. Neither of us had taken our blood sugar for about a month (very bad) lol. We took both of them yesterday and his blood sugar was upto 13.4, which is too high (5 ish is normal). So now he has to keep a closer eye on his levels and get back to a proper diet. He'd been eating a bunch of junk. lol
Ken - How are you doing? Did I read that you did some travelling?
Debbie - I hope you are well.
To all our quiet readers - Please everyone stay well and protect yourselves from catching Covid.

Hello to all my fellow COPD family. It has been awhile since I stopped by SO!
Cheryl, I don't know about cats but we just found a mouse hanging out in our pantry but I don't think an indoor cat would be the answer, the dogs love to chase cats. Did you look on you tube, there would probably be some tutorials. I have been controlling my diabetes with diet. I have been drinking a fresh fruit and veggie smoothie for dinner and eating high protein, 0 sugar bars throughout the day. I still need to lose 35lb but I am not concerned.
Sue, I hope your dogs don't get the best of you. Mine Puff started urinating in the house and drinking like a 2 hump camel, that is when we found he had type 1 diabetes. we now have that under control and he is going outside.
I send love and prayers for all, Ken

Cheryl, I hope your cat is doing better. My first thought is a urinary tract blockage.
Ken my dogs make me happy. They took off for a 45 min run a month ago tho, sent me into a panic attack
