Happy Monday!! I had rehab today, and did my usual. 20 minutes on the TM at 1.5, 2 sets of 5 squats, and the leg press a total of 32 reps. It was not a good breathing day - not sure why - and everything was difficult because of that. Made me very tired, but I persevered!! I am woman (or troll) hear me roar!

Wednesday - I guess I'm the only one left. I walked for 22 minutes today at 1.5 mph. Did the leg press at 90, 95 and 100 lbs (total reps 32) and 15 squats. It was a good breathing day, and a good exercise day.

Saturday - Since I didn't get to go to rehab yesterday, I got on the TM this morning and did 20 minutes at 1.3 mph and lifted weights for about 10 minutes. No where near as enjoyable as it is at the Wellness Center!

Gosh Merry, you are all alone here! Wish I could join in. I will be coming back. I have to. I am not regularly on schedule yet. Too much going on. I did make it to rehab this past Tuesday and did well for where I am at. My breathing has been really good the last few days. Don't know why as nothing I did. I will just accept it. I didn't make it to rehab Thursday and have only done few warmups one day since Tuesday. Will try tomorrow to do more. Keep up the good work. Don't leave and I will get back eventually.
