I'm back on track with my daily 90 min walls, now if I could do the same with my eating, lol. And I was doing so well too!!

Sue, you are such an inspiration. I am going to try walking more now that the weather has cooled off. I know I need to but with all the different problems I deal with, it can get easy to use it as an excuse. Keep up the good work.

Ken no I'm not, but thank you! No matter how long or short your walk is, is all important. When I first started almost 3 yrs ago, I only lasted 10-15 min.
