toast 1 loaf bread and cut in 1" squares I use lite wheat bread 1 1/2 C. diced prunes 1 1/2 C. diced apples I prefer red delicious 1/2 C. chopped nuts I prefer walnuts or chestnuts 1/2 C. chopped onion 1 TBLS Cinnamon 1/2 C. sugar 1 TSP salt 1 TSP pepper Chicken or Vegetable broth
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add just enough broth to moisten mixture.
NOTE: if use bake in casserole dish, use more moisture, less if stuffing turkey as it will draw moisture from from bird.
Bake in covered casserole dish at 350 for 1 1/2 hr
Cook as stuffing in bird at recommended temp and time for bird. Stuffing will be done when bird is. Remove stuffing into separate bowl before carving bird.
I also like this as stuffing for Standing Rib Beef Roast or stuffed Prime Rib.

This sounds good, Ken....I've never seen cinnamon and sugar in dressing before. Guessing that's why it's called Sweet Dressing
