The month's almost half over...we've been a little lax I've said this before, but I sure wish we had somewhere close by that I could walk comfortably--an nice even surface and preferably in air conditioning I have been keeping up with my water aerobics class, 3 times a week most of the time (admit I've missed a couple )

I need to try and change up the Times of day I walk cuz I guess it tricks my body and I'd get more out of it.

I think it's like changing up the exercises you do. Your body gets used to a certain routine and sort of "coasts" through it. If you change things up, it (your body) has to work harder.

Talking about changing things up. I saw on RR show that they do 2 cardio, then one slow or something like that...a speed up and slow down process and then you body begins to take it in a bit better as far as losing weight or fitness levels.
I myself think you ladies are doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
