How did your knee hold up? I've been seeing a bunch of commercials for compression sleeves for knees, ankles, etc. and have been thinking about getting one to try. Glad you had a good time

My knee held up cuz of ibuprofen. I saw a knee sleeve with copper in it. I may see about ordering one if it gets good reviews.

I think that's the one I was looking at -- Dara Torres advertised it. It's called Tommie Copper....here's the link if you're interested. www.tommiecopper.com/

Thanks Merry. Saw a dr for it the other day, kinda had no choice as the pain got worse. I was right it is tendonitis. Suppose to take a break from walking.

Maybe you could find a used stationary bike (on Craig's list?) and use that for a while.
My knee has bothered me ever since I broke it. He said I'd probably need to have the wires removed if it bothered me, but I don't think the wires are the problem. Like you, I think it's tendonitis. I have alot of trouble climbing stairs (up and down). As long as I don't move, it doesn't hurt...however...
I've been keeping up with the pool. It's really the only thing that doesn't bother my knee.
