Yeah, but you did extra while you were on vacation so you're due for a little break.

I'm really impressed with your dedication to walking, Sue. I got in my water aerobics class today---still doing 3 times a week whenever possible. It sure makes me feel better

I walk almost daily, only missing a day every couple wks. After all this time last week i came home with my knee popping and feeling like i need to crack it like a knuckle. Next day it ached and pain got steadily worse, grrr. Shouldve quit walking but i bought a tendonitis band today for it and it seems to help. I'll try it for a few more days and see.

Is that one of those things that go under the knee? I always wondered what they were for. I have trouble with the knee I had surgery on. It doesn't actually hurt, but it always feels tight and a little swollen. I still have trouble on the stairs...have to go slow going up, and do one step at a time going down. But, it doesn't bother me to walk on it. I wonder if one of those bands would help me. Did you see the videos I posted for Colleen in chat a couple of days ago? The first one gives a real good idea of what my water aerobics class is like...thought you might be interested

I will have to check the videos out. Yes the band goes under the knee. It seems to help. I have tendonitis in both elbows and my dr has me use bands on forearms during flares. Those help too.

Does it help if you take a Tylenol 30 minutes before you go walking? Have you asked the doctor about it? He might be able to tell you if it's tendonitis, arthritis, or a muscular problem. That might give you some hints about what to do for it. I've been keeping up with the pool. I do love my water aerobics classes And I can really tell the difference if I miss a class.

Ive been icing it, muscle rub, and aleeve. I tried ibuprofen today and that seems to help better... oh and i wear a tendonitis strap for support.
