I am so tired of the allergies!!! I have tried everything I can think of~~except the sudafed that you get from the pharmacist and I think I will get some of that tomorrow. Nothing seems to work. I wonder if its moving to a new area that my body is just not used to??? I haven't been this sick and the allergies somedays are awful. Even the neti pot is getting old and not really helping plus its a pain to use~~
Anyone else having a bad year with them???

Awww, I'm sorry to hear you're having such a difficult time. I wish I could suggest something. How long does allergy season last?

Allergies have been especially bad this year - at least in the south. We both take Claritin, plus Lee has a prescription nasal spray that really helps him -- he hates to use it, but it really does work. I'm not allowed to use that stuff that's kept behind the counter. Not sure why, but it's a no-no for me. Have you checked with your coordinator? Treatment for allergies in NC is quite different than treatment in PA. Give her a call - she might give you a prescription.
Colleen - do you eat honey? I have heard on several doctor shows that eating local honey will help you develop antibodies to the local plants - and thus keep allergies from being such a problem. You'll have to go to a farmers market to find locally grown stuff.
