Got 90 min walk in yesterday.. plan on another today.

Still doing water aerobics 3 times a week, plus swimming a few laps...plus walking the dog for about 15 minutes every morning.

been walking at least an hour a day.. today it felt great getting out in a t-shirt, no jacket as it was day 3 in the low 60's.

I've been enjoying our weather, too, Sue. It's beautiful out. Even early in the morning when I walk Petey, it is so nice.

Forgot to tell you...love you little bird hopping across your name I've been trying not to miss any days at the pool. Doing good, but my arm is bothering me (the one I broke). Wondering if I am overdoing with it. May switch to a lighter weight for that arm for a while.

I'm still going to the pool regularly...but, my arm is still bothering me. I've been putting heat on it, which helps in the moment, but not long-term. I'm still using the lighter weight, but can't tell any difference from that. Not sure what's going on.

I got a workout yesterday... took Natalie for a walk and then spent a 1/2 hr of her climbing on my lap and sommer-saulting her to the floor.

A toddler is a good workout! Especially if you get down on the floor with them. I saw a video on YouTube recently of a guy copying his toddler...everything the baby did, dad did. He lasted about 5 minutes! LOL
Doc hasn't said much about my arm. He said it sounds like a pinched nerve. Suggested using heat and resting it for a few days. If there's no improvement in a couple of weeks, I'm supposed to call my orthopedist and see what he thinks.

Well good luck with it, ive been dealing with tendonitis for a few months now.
I am going to start an ab workout i think... my stomach has got to go!

End of the month! Time to start a new thread. I'm proud of you, Sue, for keeping up with your walking routine. It's such a healthy thing to do. Good girl. I'm still maintaining my water aerobics schedule -- I'm proud of me, too!!
