Ok, I've mostly been walking an hour a day due to the cold, with an occasional 90 min one in.

I've been doing my normal water aerobics 3 times a week, plus walking the dog in the mornings. I'm going to try swapping out one day of water aerobics with a Silver Sneakers class at the gym (covers strength training, balance and range of motion) just to mix things up a little.
The tractor has been broken down, so I've been helping Lee with putting out hay for the horses. It doesn't take long, but is amazingly tough...wears me out! I still have good intentions about starting to do some Yoga at home on my off-days.

You're crazy! You know that's dangerous...Of course, when I was young and healthy, I'd go skiing in weather like that -- and enjoyed it!

I bundled up... boots, 2 prs socks, leggings, jeans, rain pants, long sleeve shirt, flannel shirt, vest, coat, scarf, hat. Looked like that kid in The Christmas Story, lol

Its worse taking it all off, lolol..
WC is at least -25 so no walking today. Im going to check out youtube for zumba or something.

Wish I had your determination and dedication, Sue. It doesn't take any excuse at all for me to skip the gym I went to the pool today (and Monday). Skipped Wednesday because they told us to stay off the roads...even though it wasn't below freezing, I obeyed the recommendation!! (Any excuse...)
