Cool and creamy summer dessert: Chocolate éclair cake recipe
Chocolate éclair cake (In 4 easy steps) Ingredients: 2 individual packages graham crackers 2 (3 ounce) packages instant pudding mix 3 cups milk 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well. Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture. Spread half of mixture over graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding. Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate until serving.

i heated the can of frosting in the microwave for a few seconds so it would spread easier

Vanilla. This stuff is really sweet so you may want to use sugar free pudding and cool whip.

I wonder how it would be to use yogurt for one layer. That would cut down the sweetness. Have you tried that new chocolate Cool Whip? Looks like it would be good.

I've tried the chocolate, french vanilla, strawberry cool whips and all are good.

Did you see they are making chocolate cream cheese also??? lol Never tried the flavored cool whips, I usually make my whipped cream. This sound delish and so easy, next party I go to I may bring this....lol
