Also, it helps to wash your pillow and put a protective cover over it and change your pillow case often during the season. Using the neti pot and washing out your nose it helpful when everything is blooming.

Also, never wear the same jacket twice. Wash all clothing that has been wore outdoors. Just as you can see yellow pollen on the cars or furniture (I experienced that this weekend), it also settles and attaches to our clothes.
Wash hair every nite as well. Wash rugs often as fallen pollen can be tracked indoors from our shoes.

Great suggestions Aero, thanks! I also dust with pledge or something about every other day when things are first blooming in the spring, especially the trees, we have a ton of trees, if I have the windows open, that stuff is all over the furniture too.....hard to keep the windows closed when its so nice out so I suffer.....lol
