;D >:(Since it's the end of the month I'll start lol.. Anyway I've done good getting a 1/2 hr walk in daily and today I got in a 45 min one. I need it as I've been stress eating. But at least I'm getting it done which is way more than I did last year ;D

Good for you, Sue! I've been wanting to get back into walking regularly. Can't wait to get this brace off! I really enjoy working out in the water, but my orthopedic surgeon reminded me that you have to do some exercise that involves gravity! It is so important to your bone health to walk/run/trot whatever so it is weight bearing. As soon as possible, I'm going to get back to it!

Despite crappy weather I walked 45 min a bit ago. Not sure if Ill get one in tomorrow as the temps are suppose to take a nose dive for a day or two.
