I want to loss my weight.. my weight is increase day by day . I am fully worried about this condition.. ans want to know all tip among loss my weight and what routine is good for our diet and tip for daily exercise so if any have good information , Idea or knowledge then share with nice word ...

Hi Micledavid...if you check out the Exercise section, I think you'll find lots of information about exercising. You haven't mentioned how your breathing is -- that makes a big difference in what you are able to do. The best overall exercise is walking - whether on a treadmill or outside. Also, most of us have gone through Pulmonary Rehab....it is an excellent exercise program to improve your lung function and your endurance. Pulmonary Rehab is usually connected with a hospital. It is paid for by your insurance, and requires an order from your doctor.

fyi...this guy is gone....he lied about where he was from,. his ip addy said Pakistan and he was a personal trainer trying to sell his thing......he has been banned permanently.
