I didn't have any Dijon mustard, so substituted a horseradish mustard. Also, I didn't use 8 oz. of kielbasa. I just had a few pieces left over from the night before - maybe a 3" chunk total - that I cut up and threw in.

Served warm, it's more like what my inlaws used to call German Potato Salad, but not as vinegary. The dressing is a nice change from mayo -- lots less calories and less filling.
