Made this when I was at my SIL and it was good...
2 C. low fat vanilla ice cream 12 low fat vanilla wafers 2 small ripe bananas Fat free whipped topping for garnish
Let Ice Cream melt a bit, crunch up the wafers and mix with the Ice Cream and add the bananas & mix lightly, freeze again for an hour or so and top with a tablespoon of whipped topping
Very good and not too fattening!!

Sounds good Colleen, Im familiar with using vanilla pudding instead of the ice cream with this one.
Have you ever gotten those little yogurt containers and freeze them? that isnt bad either.

Wahhh, I can't eat bananas. This recipe sounds wonderful and easy.. My kidney's are weak and bananas have potassium and my kidney's don't flush potassium out of my system very well and it builds up and could be a very bad thing for me
