I went to visit a friend in Hollywood. She doesn't own a car, so we had to walk a little distance to catch a bus. Sometimes two buses:) My breathing really improved while there. Couldn't believe it. I had my walker with me and at one time just for fun, she sat down and I pushed her How funny it must have looked. Two senior citizens being silly. I was just amazed I could do this, plus go up and down a staircase of about 20 stairs. Then I come home and the sob starts again:( Not bad though.
I got alot of exercise in...

Good job, Pat. Just goes to show what different weather can do to your breathing - whether it's humidity, temperature or even pollution levels. I'm glad you had fun.

That is awesome, Pat. Great job on the stairs and all. Weather and a good friend to share a laugh and time with makes a difference. Hope the breathing stays stable even at home.

I got a ride to the mall yesterday with Access. I walked about 2 hours or thereabouts. I did use my rescue inhaler once. It felt good to get out and stretch my legs:)

Went to a Thrift store today. It was three floors and I did the steps all the way to the top and then afterwards went to the basement and walked up those steps. They were way steeper than I thought, but I should have known with an older building. It was a huge place and I walked the whole time...I was there three hours.
