Well I am not setting any records but do manage to get out with my walker and walk as best I can. I'm trying to build endurance and work my lungs. I want to get my sob under control.

Good job, Pat!
I haven't made any changes to my routine. I'm still going to water aerobics every Monday and Friday. I am still unable to swim due to my shoulder injury -- I Finally get to see the orthpedist next week...yay!!! I walk every day - about 30 minutes total - broken down in 10-15 minute segments when I walk the dog.

Well, that pic taken of my this past wkend has me motivated for the moment anyway, lol... I've been walking every day this past wk for a half hour to start, 15 min 2x a day after meals. My first walk today was around the block so wasnt as long but I also ended up carrying a 20 lb toddler too. The stinker didnt want to walk.

lol Sue, better work out.
I started an exercise class 2X a week for 3 months, I feel better and then I am doing the exercises at home, this week I will be doing them 2 days and I plan on walking a lot once the weather warms up...wish I could take the dogs but there's 3 and I can't do three at a time. Dan likes to walk but he does marathon walks, like 6 miles and I can't go that far, the pinched nerve will only let me do about 1.5 mi at a time.
