I have a problem getting into my Yahoo Email. It is ok until I go to open up my emails. It tells me I need to change my screen resolution. I finally located the screen resolution but it was at the top and couldn't go any higher. Yahoo said to change it to 1024 x 600 pixels. When I did that it still gives me the yahoo notice regarding the resolution. Does anyone have this problem. I know I have been having a lot of trouble reading my Verizon email and end up forwarding it to my Yahoo mail. I'm totally confused right now. Can anyone help me? :Duh2:

Aren't computers just the most aggravating things?? I'm just sympathizing with you -- don't have any solutions -- but your question looked lonesome here by itself. Hopefully, somebody will come along who actually knows the answer. ;D

Thanks Merry! I just came in to check for a solution. I'll keep trying!

Maybe re-booting it after the resolution change? I'm just guessing...

I don't know, but shouldn't it be 1024 x 768?

I have no Idea Linda, I would google it and see what it says or try trouble shooting it on yahoo's web site and see what it says. Good luck, it is so frustrating especially when there is no tec support.

Although Pat has a good idea, shut down and reboot, see if that works. Also try un-plugging everything for at least 30 seconds and then plug everything back in and turn it back on.

When all else fails....shut it down. That's always been my rule, and it's amazing how often it works!

I tried the rebooting and it didn't work. I got the same message every time. Apparently they changed the format of yahoo and I didn't have the right settings. I found a place where you can go back to the "old" settings and I changed it and it worked. Thanks everyone!
