I figured it was time to start a new thread. Our water aerobics instructor's work schedule has changed (he's a sergeant of the guard at the prison), so he will only be available half the time for our classes. The girl who will cover the other half of the classes started yesterday. She's a very gung-ho exerciser who runs marathons in her spare time She gave us a great class - similar but different from Ben's -- and I am definitely feeling it today. My hips and knees are stiff - not something that usually happens. Of course, I was early to the gym yesterday and spent extra time on the leg press at 160#, so maybe that has something to do with it. Anyhow, I am continuing with my exercise routine and walking the dog daily.

Good going Merry!
I am to the point where I am able to get around the store a little bit better and have been walking in the stores, not just browsing. The mall is good, but not all the time because of scents. So, I am hoping that I am able to bounce back from being sick to my usual exercising.

Good job - Aero. I always enjoyed walking in the grocery store. I'd go early in the morning before they got busy and walk the aisles with an empty buggy carrying my O2. We had a big Walmart, and I'd do the same there. Our mall had a walking program before they opened every morning. If you did the full circuit down all the halls and around the food court, etc., 1 lap was just shy of a mile. Alot of serious walkers did that. I tried it once, and they about ran me down! Keep up the good work.

I thought I had posted, but guess not. I am on a every 2 hour walking exercise. Just to my apt's lobby and home. I sometimes stop and visit with someone I know. I;m building endurance...
Merry and Aero, you're both doing so well.
