I am going to post here today to inquire what you think. I am not going to be posting in here daily. That is too much. I will report in now and then though as things change, if I can keep this up. My focus and less stress days is not working today. So far I have let stress get me but not 100%. I am trying to settle back down. Joe is not feeling well either and being hydrated. This was going to be my startup day to really start a workout and watch my diet again. Diet way down the tubes. Starting over there too. Started with a donut. Since I have not been doing any exercises, I hope this is sufficient to start. I will feel it in my legs from the TM. TM 2 minutes at 1.0 I did 2 different upper body exercises 3 times each. I did 2 different leg exercises 3 times each. I have been using the Incentive Spirometer and did it today 5 times PLB On July 12th I had tried to start and I did weights and only did 2 exercises that I did 3 times each. Decided to work into all my old warmups exercises first. About 8 of them. Then build on TM and the Weights as it ties together. See as I go how it feels to add something.

Thanks Merry, you keep telling me that and I will try extra hard. We don't have to come in here everyday. I cannot do the daily posting. OMG, if I get thru the next two days will be good. Off to a rough week but maybe it will settle. Had a couple nice quiet days recently. Focus, focus on what I need to do for me.

OK - no more posting on this for now. Maybe you can check in once a week or so. I quit posting because it was always the same thing over and over. And I'm still doing the same. But the important thing is that I AM STILL DOING IT!

Thanks Merry and Aero; Talk about slowwww. I guess my last start stopped for 13 days. Guess I am ahead. This time I stopped for 6 days. Improvement counts I suppose. Today I did: I did NO TM. I did 3 different upper body exercises 3 times each. I did 3 different leg exercises 3 times each. I did the Incentive Spirometer 5 times. It was not as good as last Monday. PLB I don’t think adding one exercise warmup exercise makes up for no TM. I had hopes of still getting the TM in until about 6PM and that thought went out the door with company and phone calls. I came in here tonight because I committed to myself to post in here. I truly expected to work out much more this week. Tuesday and Thursdays were extremely stressful days. Then I slip again. My son from Utah was here Saturday but I was not feeling very good. Today a little better but not great. I am still working at all this but not turning out for the best yet. It is pouring rain right now. Thunderstorms. Things are smooth currently and I am ready to start again. We will see what tomorrow brings. Hope all are doing well. Nice to see the two ladies with the new cars. Enjoy them. I enjoyed the last two that I had. Actually most of mine I enjoyed. I wish I could just go drive somewhere. It has been so long. Here is my car in my dreams. . .

What you really need is a Flintstone's car -- so you have to run to make it go!! Just keep doing what you are able...Every little bit helps. And it doesn't just help physically --- it is a big help emotionally, too.
