That's Leslie Sansone. She invented Walkaerobics. I love her videos...I have about 5 of them, and used to use them every evening. (years ago) She has one geared to seniors all the way up to 2 and 3 mile walks in 30 minutes and everything in between. Betty; I bought the one that you linked to. I really liked it when I saw it the first time. My granddaughter was living here and I thought she would use it too but didn't. I like it real well but would sure have to be in better shape and go very slow. Never used it yet. Thanks for sharing it.

I have Comcast on Demand and she used to have segment that I followed at my own pace in the Health and Fitness section.
