Here is an AARP article on senior exercise. For me, the warmup would be a good beginning for trying to get into some kind of shape. After the warmup, the exercises themselves seem pretty doable. tinyurl.com/43bn4qzAt the bottom are also some exercises by Martina, but if I can't do them. If I got down on the floor, I don't think I could get up. Let me know what you think about these.

Nancy - these are good. I think most of us could do at least some of the exercises. Mary might do well with the warm-ups. The stuff on the floor would be difficult for a lot of us, but the rest are certainly possible. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks Nancy, I plan to take a closer look soon. Looks like a good link. I don’t get on the floor either, unless I have to.
If I ever get this really going I will be back in here but I need a couple days to regroup. Thanks again Nancy. Hope you are doing okay as can be.
