I did the treadmill today for 15 mins. at a .5 incline & 1.4 for speed. I was hoping for longer but it is a foggy drearyday and the BP is low, I don't do well when the pressure gets low.

I did 30 minutes at 1.5 mph and 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. I didn't do weight work today - I'm tired. The wind blew here for four days - sustained winds over 30 and gusts up to 50 mph. That just saps my energy. This state is so crazy. We had that awful wind yesterday - by far the worst day - and then had severe thunderstorms with winds up in the 70 mph range. One town of 270 people had to be evacuated because of a wildfire and we had 4 small earthquakes here in town.

Well both of you ladies have done more than I have done lately. I just can't seem to knock this beiing so sob. I think I have let myself become de-conditioned and I need to lose 30 lbs. Having been on prednisone for 10 days didn't help my weight loss program. Pat
