I am continuing to do my water aerobics three times a week, and most days, I swim some laps after class. I just bought myself a Shake-Weight ("as seen on TV") and can't wait to try it out. And, of course, I walk the dog several times a day. I feel like I am in the best shape I've been in since I had kids - but maybe I just have a poor memory My lung function is only a little above 50%, so there are definitely limitations on what I can do, but I'm doing the best I can.

Merry, don't know what a Shake-Weight is but bet you do good with it to. You are doing just great.
