I hit the gym this morning, as usual. I realized I hadn't been on the leg press for several weeks. It seems that there is always someone using it when I get there. Today it was available for a change, so I jumped on and did 3 sets of 6. It's strange - even though I haven't used it for a while, it was actually easy today - I think I need to up the weight to 167#. I took my water aerobics class for an hour and then swam about 10 laps. Good workout.
