How is everyone? i have been doing my usual things. treadmill walking,breathing and weight exercises. I have went back to pulmonary maintenance 1 day a week to use the arm bike and the nu step. Talked to rt to see if she thought 1 day a week was enough and she said as long as i was exercising at home it was fine. one of the people there suggested i start swimming,but the sight of me in a bathing suit has to be scary. at least i would have the pool to myself i am sure. LOL LYNN

Lynn--I am still doing water aerobics and I swim laps after class. This is 3 times a week. There are people in the class of every age and every size -- from bikini-clad 20-somethings, to a woman who just turned 89, and to a woman who is so obese the only place she can walk is in water. Believe me --- no one looks at bodies. We are all there to support each other, to work hard, and to have fun...not to find fault. Give it a try...you'll enjoy it!

I am starting pulmonary main't again. I have stayed away because one thing I got lazy and then the arthritis has set in. I need to build up my stamina again. I'll start next week. I have something planned for rest of week.
