I have done the usual this week. Going to try and get out in the flowers next week and get rid of all the spent stuff. Also bought some tulip bulbs we need to get in the ground. How are you doing Merry? lynn

I have nothing new to add -- it gets boring typing the same thing day after day. But, be assured, I am doing my exercising. I think I'm in the best shape I've been in in 20 years or more. And, I'm having fun doing it. Can't ask for any better than that.

Wednesday - I hit the pool bright and early. Temps were in the low 40's this morning, and I dreaded going out in it. But, I did. Water was nice and warm, so that helped. Good workout. Did 3 sets of 6 on the leg press at 152.5#. Don't know why, but the press increases by 7.5 pounds instead of the standard 5#. It's a big jump all at once.

I kind of feel like Merry just doing the same old thing. But i suppose we are lucky to be able to be doing the same old thing. Went to a town several miles away yesterday and they had all kind of beach's to walk on. Walked a little ways to one of the beach's and the wind was blowing the waves were crashing and the sound of the wind and the waves were wonderful. Merry the pumpkin mooning you put up was just to funny.

I am still enjoying our beautiful weather - taking advantage of it and going for long walks every day. Adding that to my water aerobics and weight machines, and I'm getting real good workouts.

I got sidetracked again. I need to get started and once I start I will keep it up if I stay well. Try tomorrow.
No out for me yet. We had 98 degrees today. Getting too close to that 100 mark again. It is going down though.

Well, we've been sorta lax about posting -- again! --LOL I'm doing nothing different and I'm getting bored with my life. I need to get something going that's different. Or meet some new people. Or something.
As far as my exercise routine - it remains the same. And I do enjoy it. I walk every day a total of 1/2 to 1 mile (depending on the dog's needs) broken into 3 segments. And I go to the pool 3 times a week for a 1 hour water aerobics class. It's nice because you can work at your own pace. Before class, I get on the leg press and do 3 sets of 6 at 152.5 pounds.
