Not sure if anyone here uses one or not but we just got one of those charcoal starters.......looks like a can with a handle on it. I just wanted to say that they work great! You dont use any lighter fluid, just wad up a couple pcs of newspaper, put it in the bottom, set it in the grill, put your charcoal on top and light the paper (from the bottom, there are holes for this). Within 15-20 min the coals are ready to go, then you pour them out into your grill.

I've seen these on TV cooking shows - especially the campfire cooker shows on RFD. They are highly recommended, and look like they'd be real easy. Thanks for the tip.

Merry, my husband loves it!! I wish I would've tried them along time ago, it would have saved on the ligher fluid! (and spared me the fluid smell)
