I took a 15 min walk last night, wanted to see if I could go longer but my youngest had me too ticked off, so I was a bit sob before I even started out.

Sue, there's always a stinker in every family ;D I do understand letting our emotions get out of control and causing sob. I've done that plenty enough times. I'm trying hard to mellow out when I feel I overact to something. Good you got a short walk in. Pat

I know what you are saying Sue. Our emotions can really be an enemy with this or any disease. I pray things improve. I am having a quick cup of coffee before I go into the hospital for my preregistration for surgery. I was told it would take about 4 hrs because they need to check my lungs which makes me feel really encourage. They also need to insert a link (whatever that is) so they can see everything in my head during surgery. Technology is so unbelievable. Blessings to all and better breathing, Ken
