God going Sue. I have been mall walking. Some is straight out walking and at other times, it's strolling as I look in windows:) I'm a great window shopper. First day out I walked 4 hours...I walked the mall yesterday and my sciatic nerve was really acting up, so it was walk and sit down, walk and sit down. I took a fall in the movie theatre last Thursday and I wonder if that didn't aggravate the sciatic?
Sue, I wonder if that little pink birdie gets tired at all?

I dont know, I think it is telling me to get off my bootie and join it, lol. Well, that fall didnt help it any Im sure. A friend of mine is a just retired fireman, only a couple yrs older than me and his sciatica is messed up. Saw him at Walmart a couple wks ago, he had to get a shopping cart to walk with, he could barely move.

Sue, if the sciatic is laying up a retired fireman, then you know how terribly painful it can get. I've got to remember to do my exercises twice a day. I'm kind've bad about it. I know I'm suppose to be doing them and I don't want to get a deep frown from my therapist of pain mgmt doc.
Hey, youre a better person than I, if you can keep up with pink birdie:)

My mom went to pain management for her sciatica too.....I learned more than I wanted to about it when I went with her once to the clinic for a nerve block for it.
