I worked out today. Walked 30 min at 1.7 mph, did 10 minutes on the recumbent, used six weight machines and did some hand weight exercises.

Sounds like you did great Martha. I only made it to the treamill 2x, hoping next week I will do better.

The only excuse I have for not exercising is the temperatures. 97 degrees the last few days and I can't tolerate the heat. It's suppose to start a cooling trend by mid-week. So I will strike while the iron's hot. Pat

Walked around the community this morning and tonight I'll use the light hand weights.

I walked 30 minutes on the TM @ 1.6, pedaled the recumbent bike 10 minutes, used 6 weight machines and did some hand weight exercises as well. I did the same thing Monday.
