I went for `1/2 hour walk in the local park. My back hurt, so I'd walk and sit down, walk and sit down. While I was there a lady from the Agriculture dept was there for lunch and a walk. OMG, she made me look like a snail. I'm guessing she walks alot on her job of checking nurseries. Pat

Merry, Merry, where are you hiding out lately? Really miss reading about your exercise adventures. I know you said the gym had closed down near where you live. Have you found another place to go? Pat

Since my accident, my B&B (belly and butt) have grown huge! I've got to get back into some sort of routine.

Even when I am losing weight, it seems my b&b don't change. They just expand. The problem for me is that I don't think I can do exercises that would help that.
I figure if I ever lose the total amount of weight that I would like to, I am going to look pretty funny if things don't change. ;D

I cannot do sit-ups and I don't even want to know how to do the other.
