I walked 30 min at 1.6 on the TM. but could only go 7 minutes on the recumbent. I did exercise on six of the weight machines, did toe lifts and arm curls. I then went to Target for about an hour - geez, why do I spend so much time in there? I didn't really exercise yesterday but I did dust and vacuum everything but the bedrooms.

Neglecting this post. Sorry.
Every day I walk at least a mile or two here in the community or at the lake or Watkins Glen park. Those stairs do give me a whole lot of grief though. Flat is better.
Either hand weights or wall push ups at night.

I am here, I may as well admit it. I blew it again. They say the road to h_ _ _ is paved with good intentions. That is me.
I am still going to try to get back tomorrow. I keep getting sidetracked.
Martha, that is really good working out. Nothing wrong with any of that. Way to go.
