Got on the treadmill, did 15 mins. @1.3 and .5 incline. Weather is crappy today so thats my excuse for not staying on longer LOL!

Had COPD rehab. 15 min on treadmil; 1.8 speed at 1 incline, 10 min. on stepper and 5 min on bike.

I walked 30 minutes at 1.6 on TM. Pedaled 10 min (1.1 miles) on the recumbent. Used 6 weight machines and also used the hand weights.

I walked outside for 20min today. My grandson wanted to go with and a couple little neighbor boys did too, so that made it real nice!

I came in on the 7th and seemed I was talking to myself (even on the message board) and so I left for while. It was too lonely. I am so glad to see you are coming back. Such great workouts. I posted my 3 minutes on 7th @ 1.1. Then I did 4 minutes @ 1.1 on May 8th. May 9th I did TM for 5 minutes @ 1.1 to 1.2. May 10th we were celebrating a birthday and had company and cake and ice cream and guess who did not work out. May 11th I did not work out. We went shopping and that wore me out. I have been out of the house so little while my husband has been sick the last few months. No workout. Monday, May 12th I did not work out. I was not feeling well at all until evening. I am going to try to walk TM tomorrow, if possible, from 8 to 10 minutes. You all are doing great. I have to get there and I am going to. Harold, I used to be able to do what you did, but with no incline. It has been a few years since I have seen 1.8. Mostly because I just wasn't able to keep working out when I got sick or just didn't. I don't think I will ever see 1.8 again but I do want my 40 minutes back.
