Well, the gym is closed for good. They shut off the power Friday. Once we get moved, daughter will bring my treadmill and I can go back to working out at home. In the meantime, I'm not sure what I will do. I can drive to the next town to a gym, but I think you have to join for a minimum of 3 months at a time. We'll be pretty busy for the next couple of weeks with moving, etc., so I may just take a break rather than get myself too worn out. Heaven knows, I'll get plenty of exercise during the move. So, I guess this is an official pause in the proceedings:

Yea, well Merry with you moving I bet there won't be much pause. Please don't overdo it. I bet you are so excited about your new place! Exciting times for you and yours. Enjoy. Wonder what happened to the gym. Hopefully someone new will buy it.
Have fun moving! Such new beginnings all around for you.

This all sounds good to me Merry. If you are lacking some exercise in a particular area, I am sure you can just do some kind of exercise to make up for it. Don't have to be strenuous.
Enjoyed your message and especially the picture.
Good Luck with the move!

I actually took out the time to go for a walk in the local park. It's so beautiful. Not real big but it gives a good stretch of the legs. I took one walking pole with me and I noticed when I used it, it really worked my upper right arm. I think I have found a way to firm up my arms. I hate the bat wing look:) When I lost so much weight, the skin became loose.
I got in about 20 minutes of walking. I know I could've done better...Will try to increase the time.
Merry, I think moving will keep you in good shape. Have a wonderful time putting your furiture where you want it. When will the house warming be? huh huh
