Good Afternoon everyone!! Went to the gym bright and early today, and walked a mile and a half (the time got away from me!). Then I did all my weight machines. I have been avoiding the stair stepper -- it makes me sweat and feel like I've been working out, and I don't like that! But I know it is good for me, so I need to get back to it. I'll try to do better.

Merry, I havent been posting, I've been lazy and every time I move I've been huffing and puffing more than usual. Im gonna chalk it up to the weather and the fact that I havent been doing as much. Keep up the good work!!

Hit the gym again yesterday and did my normal routine. 30 minutes @ 2.7 mph with an elevation of 1.0, 3 leg machines and 4 arm machines. Still avoiding the stair stepper

I will be back tomorrow. I started today with a 6 minutes on the bike and warmups. That is all I have done since I have been cleaning my room out. We had too many people coming and going today or I would have got on the TM too.

Well, I guess I forgot to check in on Friday -- I was a good girl and did go to the gym, and again today (Monday) I walked 30 minutes at 2.7 with 1.0 elevation. Did 140 lbs on the leg press - 3 sets of 10, and various arm and leg machines at 40 - 50 pounds - 3 sets of 6 each. I'm not going to bother starting a new week since so few are posting. We'll just continue on this one for another week or so. Mary - I think your little turtle is working out on the trampoline!

I started to not say anything until today about my working out. I should have waited. We went grocery shopping today. I don't go too often. It does wear me out. I was going to work out after but got really tired after lunch and then one thing led to another and no workout. I should be able to tomorrow. I do get a workout shopping, even with a scooter in the store.
My bigger focus was on my room and doing all the other misc things I am always working on. Now it will be my diet and workout. I had taken 10 lbs off and it is still off but need to work harder to get more weight off. The workout goes with that.
