I thought I would try and get this going again. I went to fitness today. Walked 30 min. at 1.6 mph on the TM, pedaled a little over a mile on the recumbent, did six weight machines and some hand weights.
Anybody else?

I got up and out of my house today to go to the doctor with Joe. I found out yesterday, that alone, is a lot of exercise for me. Boy, am I in bad shape. I didn't realize it as I moved from room to room in my house the last couple months. I have to start really slow now.
Yesterday I did only 5 minutes on ergometer and 10 on the Nu-step and I felt it in my arms and legs within hours. I will try to do something each day to get back on TM.
We are just settling back in here and my anxiety level is much improved. I cannot believe how much that inner anxiety affects the breathing. I cannot workout when like that. Today I feel like I could stay on a routine but I bet once Joe has surgery, I will just lapse back. I hope not. I will work on it.

I will be back on Monday, will be going pretty slow. Don't want anymore spasms. Only 2lb. weights for a while. I was up to 5 lbs a.nd I guess it was too much even though I didn't feel like it was.
Martha, you are doing wonderful !!
Mary, take it easy, slow is better than doing nothing.
Wendy, hope your feeling better soon. Sending HUGGS, we miss you !!
