Hi everyone. You all are doing great. You keep at it consistently. What the hey, if you miss a day or so? I went and picked up a script then went to K-Mart and walked the store. I was in there about two hours. So I got a good 'stroll' in:)
This pay day I'm going to buy some 5lb weights. I now have 3 lb weight and I need something that works me out more.
I'll try to be doing better. Once the heat sets in, it's hard for me to get eager to get out and walk:(.........Pat

Well, I went to the gym this morning. I walked 30 minutes at 2.2 mph and then did 30 minutes with the weight machines - Upper body and legs. I can't believe how weak and pathetic my upper body strength is (and I use the term "strength" very lightly). I was a competitive swimmer in my younger years and a gymnast, and was always so strong with shoulders like a wrestler. Now I'm just puny! Goal: I will work hard to get stronger.
