I went grocery shopping. I want one of those things that measures your walking distance. I have a very cheap one that I don't think is very accurate. I do have ironing to do today so I will get a little exercise. The pulmonologist wants me to unhook the tension cable. He said do a little at a time and work up to putting the tension cable on. I'm going to try it as soon as someone lets me know how to do it. Husband has been very busy lately.
I miss Merry on here!

Toby, What you are thinking of is a pedometer. I know you can get them at various prices at Targets or anywhere like that.

Well if you're moving your eyes, that's exercise:)
I walked from Albertson's to the end of downtown San Dimas and back. Got in a little over 2 miles, then wandered Albertson's while waiting for a couple of Rx's. I leave my pedometer on and after all is said and done, I have walked over 4 miles. Pat myself on my back...lol Pat
