I thought I'd be first to post a recipe. I know it's going into summer soon, but this is stove top and I think tasty.
llb hamburger two small cans tomato sauce dried onion flakes oregano - to taste cumin - to taste chili powder - to taste garlic powder - to taste pepper to taste (I don't add salt) thin spaghetti
Brown hamburger. Before almost brown, add ample handful of onion flakes add cumin, chili powder, oregano and garlic powder.
Serve over spaghetti.
Use your own judgement as far as how much hamburger, etc. Depends on how many people you are cooking for.
Oh yeah, Get some french bread or garlic toast..

Pat, Does the cumin and chili powder give it a more of a Mexican taste? Sounds good!

Sue, I think it does. Not overpowering though. I don't like heavy spaghetti sauces and this one is just right. I think the cumin gives it a little interest.

BTW, when frying up hamburger, if it gets too much fat in frying pan, drain it off before adding onion flakes. Pat
