Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well today. It’s a beautiful morning, but hot so I’ll be staying in under the air conditioning. I’ve been doing too much staying home & not moving around enough. I was normally active in the way of getting out of the house. Going shopping with my cousin and just walking around the stores. When covid started and everything was just down I seldom got out of the house. I got int the bad routine of just setting around & watching tv. Now I’m paying the price for all that inactivity. I went to the doctor the other day to discuss my declining breathing problems. I was blaming it on having the radiation on my lung. In reality I’ve declined by not being up and about enough. My oxygen saturation was 71 when they checked it at the doctors office. My tank was on 4 pulse dose. It did come back up after I sat there a while. My doctor wants me to do 20 minutes of exercise every other day to build up the strength in my legs. Now I’ve got to fight my way back up so I can move around more easily.
Cheryl good for you getting both vaccines done. I got mine in May. Did you get to go see Addy? She’s growing up to be a beauty!
Ken, thank you for all your daily prayers for all of us. I pray you can get you fur babies eyes fixed. It so sad to watch them try to get around without being able to see. My brother had a dog that went blind from old age and it was heartbreaking to watch him.
Sue, hope things are getting better at your new home. It takes a while to get settled in after moving even if you don’t have all the problems you ran into. I also want to thank you again for the memory section in this group. I looked at it today and went down memory lane. Ken is right we have lost so many friends that we would have never known if not for this group. I met Toni ( frilly) one time. It was so awesome to visit with her face to face -!
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
