here's a link to a shawl I am starting this afternoon. That's very pretty, Colleen. It would be so nice for going out to eat...I always manage to get seated under the A/C vent

Colleen, that is absolutely adorable. Love that peachy color too, so in now. I think it is the perfect length for what Merry said, around the shoulders for dining out. I get seated under a/c vents or fans alot too.
Longer is great for around the house or outdoor activities too.
