WOW~~ Thanks Linda, I read through a lot of what is there and there is some very good info~~on #3 if you click on 6 super foods for COPD~some good stuff there. There's a link for the anti inflammatory diet which will help tremendously if you have a lot of inflammation~getting rid of or lessening the inflammation will help you breath better (opens the airways) which will lead to more activity which will strengthen your muscles ~ #2 about exercising and increasing your tolerance, good info there. Mostly you have to be very pro active, eat right & exercise is so important. Some foods that are bad I ate a lot of like pasta & ice cream cause I was slowly loosing weight and I had to be at least 95lbs for transplant and when I went I was 104, not much room there at all~~
If you change just a few things it can mean a better quality of life~~Thanks again Linda, I hope it helps someone!! The more pro active you are the better off you'll be~~

BTW, Linda, are you still thinking of going to see if your a candidate for transplant???
