Seen this on facebook this morning and its from National Jewish and thought I'd pass it along. Your lungs don't need to be assaulted everytime something needs to be cleaned! www.nationaljewish.org/healthinfo/lifestyle/indoor-pollution/cleaning-supplies/If anyone tries these, please let us know how you liked them and if they worked easy or if you had to put extra strength into getting something clean.

The scouring powder I use as well as the mix of baking soda and dish detergent for scrubbing sinks. The vinegar I use 1/2 cup in toilet and let sit a 1/2 hour for deodorizer.
The powder works good, but on older ceramic tubs not so much...mine are super old and nothing makes them look good, but I know they are clean, lol

Thanks Aero, I have been giving vinegar more use lately.....course now with new lungs nothing bothers me but I still shouldn't be breathing in those toxic chemicals.
