Found this while looking around this site. I know how bad I used to panic when the SOB got really bad and here's an article with some great suggestions on how to control it and not get to that panic stage which we all know makes it so much worse. copd.about.com/od/livingwithcopd/a/dyspneacycle.htmHope this helps in easing you SOB, its not going to go away but you can manage it better and keep calm while doing it. If you read on down the page it also addresses quite a few things that may make it easier to manage your COPD and day to day life.

Glad I found this site, going to research it a bit more. 8 years ago I would have loved to have all this info in one place to use a reference!
