Grr, had to set up a new acct again. Do my order to find out that they apparently dont take any credit cards now, i saw the option of e-check and was gonna try that but it said my acct number wasnt correct. Then tried to call them, no answer of course since it's Sat. Now will have to wait and call them after the 1st. I want to get the order in/back asap as the east coast dock workers are threatening to strike in a month. Anyone place an order thru them lately and how did you pay? Im hoping if I do it over the phone, I wont get hacked like I did a few yrs ago using my debit card.

Sue, I haven't ordered from them since transplant...maybe go to COPD international and ask, a lot there use it. Good Luck...

Sue - I checked in at CI...didn't see any posts about ADC, so maybe there was a glitch on their site?? I can't imagine them not taking credit cards at all...I don't trust e-check - especially with an overseas company. Like you said, guess you'll have to call and see what's going on.

Hi Sue, I noticed your post. I just bumped up an older ADC topic on CI that I posted in. You might want to look at it. I see a William started one also. Everyone looks at it different. My last order was in November and they were still taking Visa. I don't believe they do take Master Card but they were the Visa. You might double check. Below was my response on November 17th on that topic.
"I have not been reading any posts recently. Soon will be back posting, I hope. I just saw this topic and want to add what I have done.
I placed an order November 10th. I got my confirmation on that date. Yesterday, November 16th I received the email that confirms the order has been shipped. Email further states will inform the air waybill number in next 3 or 4 days. I charged mine to a Visa Credit Card.
I have always used a Visa Credit Card. I have continued thru even when our cards got caught up in false charging. Mine did also but I waited a while before purchasing again. I decided that if it worked before it should continue to work. I felt they surely must fix whatever was wrong. In my situation it was easier as I don't get out of the house that much.

Mary - thanks for bumping that up. I did see the post by William, but it was about customs, so I didn't figure it applied to Sue's question. Sounds like everyone (most) is having problems with them...It's a shame when so many depend on them.

Merry, I know you read about a number of people having problems but then look how many do not have problems. There are many of us using this site. It could be changes that ADC does make or could be something to do with person purchasing but not necessarily something purchaser is doing. Computer or bank, etc. I think the majority are working out. I have no real complaints for all the years I have been buying. I had one shipment stopped at customs and I never received it but was made good by ADC and in good time. That was years back when more were being stopped. I also got caught up in the ones that were hacked. My card company called me and had realized it was not me. I got a new card and went right back to buying the same way. My Visa is so much simpler. I talked to ADC, gave my payment info to rep over the phone. Then called my bank to ok the purchase amt and told them i dont know what country they do their billing thru but the company itself is India. My bank is leary of all foreign countries and said if purchase amt comes thru a different country they wont pay it. I know its for my protection but sad to jump thru hoops like this.. :

Are you saying they are or are not going to pay it? Everything anymore seems so difficult.
I hate call centers and then they are in other countries and you cannot understand the people. You ask questions of people that take calls regarding a US company that you do business with and all these people know how to answer is by reading out of a book and then cannot speak English well.
Sorry for the rant but it is getting harder every year to get by.

It's up in the air if my bank will release my money or not. If the billing comes from anywhere but india, then no, they wont pay. Then I guess I'll have to mail a check.
I know what you mean about call centers. When I called about my cell phone, I got someone in central america and their main office was in miami, fla, so go figure, lol. (and when I clicked 1 for english, i still got spanish)
