Good article Merry, hope it helps some. Another thing to remember is to eat small meals, large meals put pressure on the diaphragm and digestion takes oxygen and when you eat large amounts at one time it will make it harder to breath and you will be SOB....

Before my transplant, I had an awful time keeping weight on me. It made me so exhausted to eat. I could never finish a meal. Too much work! I ate lots of ice cream.... NOW , I have no problem eating a meal, and I can't take the weight off. Gr-r-r-r-r

Same here Merry, I was 102 lbs when transplanted and now I'm at 150 ish depending on fluid~I wish at least 10 lbs would go....

I'm quite a bit taller than you are - I'm 5'4". I weight the same as you now...Pre-tx, I was about 125. Only time I was ever 102, I think I was about 8 years old! LOL
